Our Shows

Cluster Cabaret Theatre produce theatrical cabarets set in different eras and genres. We write and perform original devised pieces, filled with original arrangements and songs.

These genre-bending pieces take influence from their era then twist it. Acts, costumes, music and script are a reimagined version of an age or style, pulling in both contemporary and modern references. Whether it’s a ragtime version of The Cure’s Lovecats, a parade of psychedelic creatures or an original folk song in which a mystical sisterhood perform an “operation” in four part harmony, we bring the same level of commitment and creativity to every act in the show.

Our shows are brought to life with a mix of professional and community performers and creatives, to create a polished and professional whole.

We have performed in theatres, bars, breweries and halls, bringing fantastic harmonies, high energy, a sprinkle of the strange and infectious warmth to every stage. Here are our productions to date.
